We design EduQuest around teacher-led learning, controlled access, and responsible handling of learning records.
Information is used to run quizzes, feedback, grading, support, analytics, and security workflows.
School-managed accounts may require coordination with the school for access, correction, retention, or deletion requests.
This Privacy Policy explains what EduQuest collects, why we collect it, and how we protect and manage information when you use our websites, apps, quizzes, AI learning tools, teacher workflows, and school services.
Account details such as name, email address, role, school or organization context, authentication identifiers, and profile preferences.
Learning activity such as quiz attempts, answers, scores, feedback, uploaded class materials, generated questions, mastery signals, and assignment history.
Operational data such as device, browser, log, diagnostic, payment, support, and security information needed to run and protect the service.
We use data to provide quizzes, grading, explanations, progress tracking, teacher dashboards, school workflows, support, billing, safety, and reliability.
We may use aggregated or de-identified data to improve learning experiences, troubleshoot product quality, and understand feature performance.
We do not sell student personal information. We use service providers only when they help us operate EduQuest under appropriate privacy and security obligations.
EduQuest uses AI to draft questions, generate explanations, assist grading, and surface learning patterns. Teachers remain responsible for reviewing instructional content before use in high-stakes settings.
Uploaded notes, PDFs, prompts, and answers are processed to deliver the requested learning workflow and related support, safety, and reliability functions.
School or institution accounts may be configured by administrators or teachers who decide how EduQuest is used with their learners.
Students and families can contact us with privacy questions, access requests, correction requests, or deletion requests. Some requests connected to school-managed accounts may need to be coordinated with the school.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect accounts, learning records, and uploaded materials.
We keep information only as long as needed for the service, legal obligations, support, security, billing, and legitimate educational operations.
You may update account information in your profile where available. You can contact us to ask for access, correction, deletion, export, or privacy support. We may need to verify your request and, for school-managed accounts, coordinate with the school or organization responsible for the account.
Privacy questions can be sent through the contact page or by email at privacy@edu-quest.ai.
